The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.2350/2015 registered under Sections 354/342/376/356/379/34 IPC at PS Shakarpur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2016. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed.

Co-accused Dhanpat Rai @ Gupta has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench in Bail Application 411/2016. In the FIR, the prosecutrix has levelled allegations against various family members and others.

Cross-cases vide FIR Nos.2253/2015 and 372/2016 have been lodged. There is delay in lodging the instant FIR. BAIL APPLN. 1199/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
