$~51 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + BAIL APPLN. 1499/2018 DARSHAN SINGH NAMDHARI & ANR.

..... Petitioners Represented by:

Mr. A.K. Padhy, Advocate.

versus THE STATE (NCT OF DELHI) ..... Respondent Represented by: Mr. Ashok Kumar Garg, APP for the State.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 06.07.2018 Crl.M.A. No. 12104/2018 1.

By this application, the petitioners seek permission to leave Delhi for two days to perform the last rites at Ludhiana. While this Court disposed of the bail application which was listed on mentioning on 1st July, 2018, no such prayer was made.

2.

This Court granted bail to the petitioner for the reason that Anoop Singh Bagga who died was not married and the petitioners were the only persons who could perform the last rites, despite the fact that there were allegations of absconding against the petitioners and they had already been declared proclaimed offenders, thus, this Court finds no ground to allow the prayer in the present application.

3.

Application is dismissed.
