Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal construction is being permitted to be carried out at property bearing no. 12, Sharad Vihar, Delhi.

On advance notice counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. Her submission is that plan for this property was sanctioned on 30.09.2015 which was for the construction of the third floor. Further submission of learned counsel for the respondent is that this property will be inspected within next two weeks and if any deviations are found action will be take in accordance with law. This submission of counsel for respondent no. 1 has been noted.
