This Execution First Appeal impugns the order [dated 16th May, 2018 in Guardianship (Execution) Petition No.55950/2016 (old G(E)P No. 12/2015) of the Court of Judge, Family Court, North-West] in proceedings for execution sought by the appellant/father of the order dated 15th March, 2012 in G.P. No.148/2006 of the Court of Guardian Judge, Delhi. 4.

The Judge, Family Court, vide the impugned order appears to have modified the judgment and order dated 15th March, 2012. The impugned order is thus a substantive order.

I have enquired from the counsel for the appellant as to under which provision of law has the present appeal been preferred. EX.F.A. 32/2018

The counsel for the appellant states that he has seen Execution First Appeals being filed and has thus filed this appeal. 7.

Now, the counsel for the appellant states that he withdraws this appeal with liberty to take appropriate remedy.
