This Revision petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for extension of time to deposit the amount of `31,00,000/- (Rupees thirty one lacs) within forty five days. Counsel for the complainant is present.

By an order dated 16.3.2017, the petitioners were directed to place an FDR in the sum of `31,00,000/- in the name of the court concerned within ten days positively. It was a consent order. CRL.M.C. 1382/2017

On 28.3.2017, the petitioners were given another opportunity to deposit the entire amount by 3.4.2017.

During the course of arguments, it is agreed that the order shall be complied within a week. Let it be so done. 6.
For delay in compliance of the order dated 16.3.2017, the petitioners are burdened with costs of `10,000/- to be paid to the complainant before the Trial Court.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. All pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
