% 28.01.2016 Learned counsel for defendants submit that plaintiff has not paid the cost of Rs.10,000/- imposed by Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.09.2015. The matter was also listed today before Hon'ble Court but it has been listed before this court for order on transfer in view of notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. Learned counsel for defendants submit that he has received information from learned counsel for plaintiff that he is suffering with fever.
