% 22.08.2016 The prayer made in the petition has been perused. The prayer made in the petition is that the demarcation of land in Khasra Nos.2351/20 and 2352/20 situated in the revenue estate of village Khirki, New Delhi which is proposed to be permitted be not demarcated. Contention being that demarcation has been done twice earlier.

Respondent has appeared on advance notice. He has been directed to file counter affidavit. He has not filed the counter affidavit. His submission is that this prayer has become infructuous. Demarcation has been carried out of the said land in village Khirki on 10.5.2016 by the Total Station Method (TSM). Copy of the demarcation report be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This petition having become infructous is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the demarcation dated 10.5.2016, if he so desires.
