The petitioners seek regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.626/2015 registered under Sections 304B/498A/34 IPC at PS Nihal Vihar. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2015. Status report reveals that the petitioners were charge-sheeted without arrest. Allegations primarily are against the deceased's husband who is in custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
