% 10.09.2018 Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that, they shall handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject property to the petitioner, during the course of the day today.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, they are not averse to receiving vacant and physical possession of the property in question, subject, however, to the respondent undertaking to pay all the dues incurred in relation thereto, during the course of the latter's having possession of the same. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to handover vacant and peaceful possession of the subject property i.e. Shop No.

11, Panchsheel Colony, D.D.A. Commercial Complex, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi-110049 to the petitioner or her duly authorised representative at 4:00 p.m. today.

Directed accordingly.
