Be that as it may, Mr.Mehra, learned Standing Counsel points out from the nominal roll that the petitioner has already been lodged in semi open jail.

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to transfer the petitioner to semi open jail. Considering the fact that the prayer of the petitioner already stands allowed by the decision of the competent authority, this petition, for all practical purposes, has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
