Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent invites my attention to the decision rendered in SA Nos.256/2016 and 257/2016 by DRT-I, Chandigarh on 26.12.2016 on the dispute, which is the subject matter of the present winding up petition as well. Counsel for the respondent states that they will pay the entire overdue amount by 31.03.2017 in terms of the directions issued by DRTI, Chandigarh. However, since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed in default.
