I petitions with liberty to urge and raise all the contentions made herein before the trial court at the stage of consideration of charge, in the event of cognizance being taken and he being summoned in the proceedings arising out of FIR 751/2015 of police station Madhu Vihar and FIR 508/2015 of police station Madhu Vihar respectively. The petitions and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
