Learned APP informs that the petitioner has since been granted bail by the Sessions Court yesterday.

The present bail application is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

Copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned for information as to how the two bail applications one before the Sessions Court and other before this Court were filed by the petitioner. Necessary steps be taken by the Court below in case of concealment of material fact.
