By filing this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners have made the following prayers:- (a) To quash the charge-sheet/investigation/complaint/summoning order and the proceedings pending trial before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Court in case FIR No.245/2013, PS New Friends Colony under Sections 498-A/406/323/509/506/34 IPC;

(b) To further quash all the orders of the learned Trial Court pertaining to the present petitioners.

On inquiry today learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court on 14th August, 2017 for consideration of charge. 3.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner further submits that since all the points raised in this petition need to be argued before the learned Trial Court for seeking discharge, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition if the necessity arises. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed. 5.

Order dasti.
