% 30.05.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent-University states that the vacancies that have arisen after the second counselling are likely to be intimated to the University by the DGHS and in case they are so intimated, the counselling is likely to be held tomorrow i.e. 31st May, 2016. She further states that in the event counselling is held, the petitioners shall be allowed to participate in the same, if eligible. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondentUniversity, the counsel for petitioners is satisfied. Consequently, present writ petition and the applications stand disposed of.
