Petitioners No.1 and 2 are present in Court. They state that they are major and have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of respondents No.3 and 4, the parents of petitioner No.1. 2.

Respondents No.3 and 4 are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer. They state that since their daughter is major and has married petitioner No.2, they have no objection to the said marriage and they would not interfere in the happy married life of petitioners No.1 and 2. 3.

In view of this statement of respondents No.3 and 4, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petitioner. 4.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
