% 12.08.2016 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.212/2016 under Sections 341/323/354/34 IPC registered at PS Welcome. Learned APP for the State has taken me through the FIR. He submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. As per the FIR, only allegation against the petitioner is that he accompanied his father-in-law and beat the complainant Mehndi Hassan. No allegation under Section 354 IPC is levelled against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is thus directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned and further subject to the petitioner joining investigation as and when directed by the investigating
officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
Petition is disposed of.
Order dasti.
