% 17.12.2018 A sum of Rs.3 lakhs has been handed over by the Defendants to the Plaintiff. Further, a meeting took place on 11th December, 2018 at the premises of Defendant No.2, wherein it was recorded that the entire packaging material has already been destroyed by the Defendant No.2. The Defendant No.2 ought not to have destroyed the said packaging, without permission of the Court as the same were given on superdari by the Local Commissioner. However, in view of the assurance of the Defendants that the packaging material stands destroyed, no further action is being taken in this matter.

Suit already stands disposed of on the last date and need not be listed further.
