This public interest petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to allow "outside Delhi candidates" to appear in Test-V of the Common Entrance Test, 2016 for admission to Full Time Diploma Programmes in various institutes affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Delhi.

However, it is not disputed before us that the Common Entrance Test was already held on 28th and 29th May, 2016. Hence, nothing survives for consideration at this stage.
