The present revision petition is filed under Section 25B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeking to impugn the order of the Additional Rent Controller dated 03.03.2016 by which the application filed by the petitioner/tenant seeking leave to defend was dismissed and an eviction order was passed against the petitioner.

The Additional Rent Controller by a common order disposed of two eviction petitions. Against the dismissal of the other eviction petition, a revision was filed before this court being RC.REV. 326/2016 which was also heard along with the present petition.

By a detailed judgment pronounced today, this court dismissed the RC.REV. 333/2016 Page 1 of 2

said petition being RC.REV. 326/2016. For the reasons stated in the said judgment dated 24.04.2017, the present revision petition is also dismissed. 4.
