CONT.CAS(C) 726/2016 and CM 21694/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking release of the plants, goods and machinery lying in the subject premises bearing No.B-145, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi in terms of the order dated 9th February, 2016. It is submitted that the petitioner does not have the proof of the ownership of the goods lying there but the petitioner is ready to give indemnity bond to the respondent. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits on instructions that respondent no.1 shall release remaining plants, machinery and goods to the petitioner lying at the site against an indemnity bond along with a resolution in favour of the person who would execute the indemnity bond within two weeks.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of the parties. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
