% 23.02.2017 By the present Transfer Petition under section 24 of the CPC the petitioner seeks transfer of PC No.127/2016 titled Smt.Santosh Aggarwal vs. State pending in the court of District Judge, East Delhi to the court of District Judge., Shahdara. It is urged that the subject matter of the probate petition falls in the jurisdiction of District Shahdara. Hence, it is urged that the present probate petition be transferred to the court of District Judge, Shahdara.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that they have no objection to this petition.

In view of the above, the probate petition PC No.127/2016 titled Smt.Santosh Aggarwal vs. State pending in the court of District Judge, East Delhi stands transferred to the court of District Judge, Shahdara. Parties to appear before the concerned court on 10.3.2017. Petition stands disposed. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
