By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 53/18 under Sections 420/468/471/120B registered at PS Greater Kailash. 2.

Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. 3.

As per the status report, after investigation, the cancellation report has been prepared.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the cancellation report will be filed within two weeks before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with

liberty to seek remedy in case he is summoned by the learned Trial Court. 6.
