O R D E R

% 27.02.2019 After hearing counsel for the parties at length, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent nos.2 to 6 to register the notice sent by the petitioner if the said notice is filed as per the procedure, fee has been paid and all other formalities have been completed, needless to state that respondent nos.2 to 6 will take steps under the IPR Enforcement Rules, 2007.

It is made clear that if the earlier notice sent by the petitioner is not as per the procedure and the other formalities have not been completed, then the liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps within one week and on

receipt of the same, the aforementioned respondents shall take a decision within four weeks from the receipt of the same. I further make it clear that if the notice sent by the petitioner is upto the mark, the said respondents shall take decision within four weeks as per rules.
