The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution wherein the petitioner has made the following prayers:- a. Pass an appropriate writ, order or directions, especially in the nature of certiorari, thereby calling for the records of the respondent and thereafter, setting aside the impugned order dated 29.03.2017 debarring the petitioner from participating in future tenders for a period of 3 years, as being illegal, and arbitrary; b. Award cost of the present litigation;

c. Pass such other or further order(s) in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; 2.

petitioner from participation in future tender of the respondent for the period of 03 years from the date of issue of the said order. The period of debarment is already over.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that the present petition can be disposed of with the observation of this court that the impugned order dated 29.03.2017 shall not affect adversely in the prospects of petitioner in the future tendering process.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed with the observation that the impugned order dated 29.03.2017 passed by the Director (Personnel) of the respondent shall not affect in any manner adversely the prospects of petitioner in the future tendering process since the period of debarment is over.
