% 30.06.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 14th May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 14th May, 2015, which is marked as Mark 'C-1'. Mark 'C-1' has been signed by the parties and thier respective counsel. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. I find the terms of settlement to be legal. Accordingly, suit is disposed of in terms of the Mark 'C-1'. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
