O R D E R

% 28.03.2017 Mr. Katyal points out that the accused had moved application for recall of two public witnesses, i.e. PW-2 & 3 at the stage of final hearing. The said application has been denied by the Trial Court. However, this Court has allowed the said request of the accused and, consequently, PW-2 & 3 have to be further examined for which dates have been fixed as 01.04.2017 and 03.04.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, no further directions are called for in the present case.
