W.P.(CRL) 2121/2016 Respondent is tenant of petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 is wife of petitioner no.1. Respondent nos.3 & 4 are neighbour and relative respectively of the petitioner no.1. Respondent filed a complaint before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi alleging therein that on 28th March, 2011at about 7:15 pm, petitioner nos.1 & 2 disconnected the water supply of

respondent.

When respondent requested for restoration of water supply, all the petitioners forcibly tresspassed the respondent's premises and threw all the household articles on road by pushing the respondent' husband. Petitioner no.2 also snatched the gold chain of the respondent. Petitioner no.3 pushed the respondent on floor by pulling her hair. Petitioner nos.1 & 3 tried to molest the respondent and abused her. In the aforesaid complaint case no.148/1, Metropolitan Magistrate has summoned the petitioners under Sections 323/380/452/506/34 IPC.

Complaint is pending at the pre-charge evidence stage. Petitioners and respondent have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on the terms and conditions, as stipulated in the proceedings of Learned Mediator dated 4th May, 2016, certified copy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent is present in Court and has admitted having settled the matter with the petitioners. She has also admitted having received the entire settled amount. Respondent has no objection, in case complaint case is quashed. Keeping in view that disputes are between the landlord and tenant, which have been settled before the Mediation Centre, complaint case no.295A/2013 titled as Rani Sharma Vs.

Jogender Sharma & Ors., under

Sections 323/380/452/506/34 IPC is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
