% 30.03.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved in this petition is similar to the issue involved in OMP (I) (COMM) 149/2017. He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file before the competent court and requests that an order similar to the one passed in OMP (I) (COMM) 149/2017 be passed.

Accordingly, respondent no.2 is restrained from paying any amount to respondent no. 1 pursuant to invocation of the subject bank guarantee (BG No. 252GOPG143170003) till the period of seven days from today.
