% 23.07.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions as under:- a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction to the respondents and quash/set aside or withdraw the charge memo dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) and consequent thereto issue direction to the respondents to revoke Regulation 20

(3) (iii) of BOBOSR, 1979 and to release the terminal benefits, in the interest of justice.

b) To award the cost of the writ petition Since the punishment has been awarded to the petitioner in the chargesheet in question and the appeal is pending before the Appellate Authority, therefore, the present application has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
