O R D E R

% 17.11.2016 The petitioner has been granted interim protection against arrest vide order dated 05.11.2014, which has been continuing till date. It is not disputed that the petitioner has joined the investigation thereafter. It is also not disputed that the co-accused, i.e., the Secretary of the Cooperative Group Housing Society, namely Uttaranchal Jan Kalyan Awas Samiti Ltd. has been granted pre-arrest bail by the Court. On account of parity, the petition is allowed.

In case of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the

satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is subject to the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when called for. He shall not tamper with the evidence, or try to coerce, or pressurise any of the prosecution witnesses. The bail application stands disposed of.
