Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case has been recommended for allotment of land by land and building department of DDA by letter dated 6th April, 2016. Let the copy of this writ petition be treated as petitioner's representation and the same be considered and decided by DDA within a period of six weeks from today. The decision of DDA be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks of taking the decision. This writ petition and CM 21618/2016 are disposed of in the above terms.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him in accordance with law.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
