% 09.12.2024 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 14.09.2024 for submission of the death certificate of respondent no. 1, the Registrar General may direct for release of share of respondent no. 1 in favour of the respondents no. 2 to 4 in equal proportion subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities. The balance amount lying deposited before the Registrar General of this Court along with accrued interest as well as the lump sum amount of Rs. 1,75,000/- be released in favour of the respondents no. 2 to 4 as per the proportion of the Award subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities. As per office note, death certificate of R-1 has been filed. However, Ld. counsel for R-2 to 4 seeks time to ensure appearance for R-2 to 4. Heard. Allowed Renotify on 10.02.2025.
