% 10.02.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 14.09.2024 for submission of the death certificate of respondent no. 1, the Registrar General may direct for release of share of respondent no. 1 in favour of the respondents no. 2 to 4 in equal proportion subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities; The balance amount if lying deposited before the Registrar General of this Court along with accrued interest in terms of the settlement be released in favour of the respondents no. 2 to 4 as per the proportion of the Award subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities.

As per record, death certificate of R-1 has already been filed. As per office note, vakalatnama on behalf of R-2 to 4 has been filed.
