% 25.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. It is disclosed that the petitioners have filed a civil suit. It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that it is a property dispute which is given a colour of writ petition for Habeas Corpus. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
