In view of the judgment dated 01.07.2024 in W.P.(C) 9215/2007 & connected matters, Mr. Pavan Narang, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the civil Court.

During the pendency of this petition, the impugned orders dated 20.08.2007 and 25.04.2008 were stayed by the order dated 10.11.2008, subject to payment of current demand charges. The order of stay was made absolute by order dated 27.03.2009. The aforesaid orders have held the field until today.

The said orders will, therefore, continue to operate for a further period of 90 days, after which, the parties will be governed by any interim orders passed in the proceedings instituted by the petitioner.
