O R D E R

% 07.09.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice the fact that the Arbitral Tribunal has been duly constituted with the appointment of the Presiding Arbitrator.

In view of the above, he prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same in form of an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitral Tribunal itself.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim order dated 02.07.2018 shall continue for a further period of four weeks subject to any other or further order being passed by the Arbitral

Tribunal on any application moved by either party. The Arbitral Tribunal shall remain uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court in the order passed on 02.07.2018. Application, if filed by the petitioner, shall be considered expeditiously by the arbitral Tribunal. Dasti.
