Nos. 5986/2020 (for permission to file lengthy synopsis and list of dates), 5988/2020 (for condonation of delay of 363 days in filing the review petition), 5989/2020 (for condonation of delay of 575 days in re-filing the review petition) We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ review petitioner. Apart from the fact that there is an immense delay in filing and re-filing of the present review petition, on merits also, we find absolutely no justification for entertainment of the review petition since this Court has

considered the submissions advanced before it while passing the order in open Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent also points out that the Special Leave Petition preferred by the respondent was dismissed by the Supreme Court.

Dismissed.
