% 16.05.2017 Vide order of 19th October, 2016 respondents were directed to treat the writ petition as a representation to pass a speaking order thereon. Violation of the aforesaid order is alleged in this petition. Along with counter affidavit filed by respondent-SDMC, a copy of speaking order of 27th April, 2017 has been annexed which indicates that petitioner's representation has been decided by respondent. Counsel for petitioner submits that the order of 27th April, 2017 passed by respondent is not in consonance with letter and spirit of directions issued on 19th October, 2016.

Be that as it may. Since direction to decide petitioner's CONT. CAS (C) 266/2017
