% 13.04.2017 The present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 11.01.2017 and to reduce the two sureties to one surety. Mr.Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel for the State submits that let the petitioner represent before the Director General of Prisons to waive the condition of surety.

In the facts and circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director General of Prisons for waiving the condition of sureties. P.S.TEJI, J APRIL 13, 2017 dd
