% 02.12.2016 RP 337/2016 (by the respondents for seeking review of the order dated 31.05.2016) 1.
The present application has been filed by the respondents stating inter alia that due to a misstatement made on behalf of the petitioner on 31.5.2016, an order came to be passed granting him a period of 15 days to submit a reply to the impugned Memorandum dated 15.3.2016 issued by the CISF calling upon him to submit a representation against the findings returned by the Enquiry Officer.
It was further directed that after the petitioner submits a reply, the same shall be considered by the Disciplinary Authority and disposed of in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 5273/2016

Mr. Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner had failed to inform the Court on 31.5.2016 that by the said date, his representation had already been filed in response to the impugned Memorandum dated 15.3.2016, was disposed of on 23.5.2016 which fact was to the knowledge of the petitioner.

A reply in opposition to the present application has been filed by the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondents seeks and is granted three weeks' time to file a rejoinder thereto, with a copy to the other side. 5.
In the meantime, operation of the order dated 31.5.2016 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.

Mr. R.K. Jha, Advocate for the petitioner and the petitioner shall remain present on the next date of hearing.
