By way of this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No.94/16 under Sections 420 IPC registered at PS Subzi Mandi and the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Today none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite passover. 3.

Even the direction dated 18th August, 2017 to implead co-accused Haseen @ Qutubuddin as party has not been complied with till date. 4.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed in default.
