The parties in this suit under Order XXXVII of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recovery of Rs.14.25 crores as principal and Rs.6.84 crores as interest have filed this application for the suit to be decreed in terms of the compromise as contained therein. 2.

The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendant support the application and state that the same is signed by the authorised representatives of the parties and is supported by their affidavit as well as by the counsels for the parties.

I have gone through the compromise as contained in the application and find the same to be lawful.

The suit is decreed in terms of this compromise application which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

The counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the court fees. 7.

Of the court fees paid of Rs.20,65,000/- on the plaint, a Certificate entitling the plaintiff to obtain refund of Rs.18,00,000/- be handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff.
