HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW

O R D E R

% 13.07.2018 CMs No.27332/2018 (for exemption) & CM No.27333/2018 (for exemption from filing TCR) 1.

Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

2.

The applications are disposed of.

CM(M) 771/2018 3.

This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to not grant adjournments in HMA No.518/2012-old (63/2014-old) (42/17/12-New) titled Dharamvir Vs. Preeti pending before it. 4.

On an earlier petition, being CM(M) No.79/2017 filed by the petitioner, this Court, vide order dated 7th February, 2018, has already directed the proceedings before the Family Court to be concluded within one year therefrom. 5.

This petition is thus totally misconceived and an abuse of the process of the Court.

6.

The petition is dismissed.

7.

The petitioner is cautioned to, in future, not file such frivolous and unnecessary petitions.
