The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to make entries in the revenue records with respect to their possession and ownership of residential plots allotted to the petitioner in Village Pochanpur under the Prime Minister's Twenty Point Programme. The petitioner is also seeking no objection certification for construction of houses on the plots. 2.

This Court is of the prima facie view that the petition is premature inasmuch as the petitioners have not made a written representation seeking the relief sought in this writ petition from the respondents. The writ petition is dismissed as premature with liberty to the petitioner to make a written representation to the concerned authorities.

If no action is taken by the authorities within a reasonable time or petitioners are not satisfied with their decision, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available in law.
