% 04.11.2016 Crl.M.A.17089/2016 (Extension of Bail) Learned additional public prosecutor submits that report regarding medical condition of mother of petitioner has been obtained from Max Health Care Hospital. Certificate issued by doctor has been produced and same reads as under:- "This is to certify that patient Mrs. Raj Rani, 68 Years/Female, SKDD.631607, IP No.238812, was admitted in this hospital on 22nd October, 2016.

She is a known case of Hypertensive Diabetes Mellitus, presented in emergency with complaints of fever, nausea, epigastric discomfort.

She underwent coronary angiography on 28th October, 2016 which revealed single vessel disease. She is being planned for PTCA + Stenting. Her appointment for stenting is scheduled for 12th November, 2016." In view of the above, interim bail of petitioner is extended till 20th November, 2016.
