O R D E R
% 27.03.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties in unison state that the latter have arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute that has led to the filing of the accompanying petition. The terms and conditions of the settlement have been formalized by way of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 14.03.2017 entered into by and between the respondent-company and the petitioner. Copy of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding dated 14.03.2017 is exhibited as 'Ex.C1' and is taken on record. The settlement arrived at by and between the parties is lawful and the same is hereby accepted, leaving the parties to abide by their reciprocal obligations, without demur.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same in the event the respondent-company breaches any of the terms of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding dated 14.03.2017.
Leave and liberty granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
