O R D E R
% 19.11.2018 The petitioner is aggrieved of inaction in investigation apropos the FIR No.321/2015 registered under sections 302/452/506/34 IPC at Police Station Roop Nagar, Delhi on 30.05.2015.
It is the petitioner's case that her brother-in-law died under unnatural circumstances on 19.12.2014; despite her best efforts, her complaint was not looked into for almost three years and it took intervention of a judicial order for any action to be undertaken.
The learned counsel for the State submits that the chargesheet stands filed and the petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned. The petitioner alongwith her representative shall also meet the DCP on 29.11.2018, preferably in the forenoon.
Appropriate orders thereon would be passed by the DCP thereafter. The learned counsel for the State submits that should it be necessary, a supplementary chargesheet would be filed.
Should the petitioner have any grievance, it will be open to her to pursue her remedies, as may be available in law. The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
