% 25.07.2017 I.A.7814/2017 By way of this application, defendants seek to place on record Settlement Agreement of 25th February, 2017 reached between the parties in Civil Suit No.DJ/13039/2016 before the District Courts. Upon notice of this application, plaintiff appears in person and submits that he has no objection to taking on record the aforesaid Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties. In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed and copy of Settlement Agreement of 25th February, 2017 is taken on record. The application is disposed of.

CS(OS) 2304/2007 Both sides submit that in view of order passed in I.A.7814/2017, this suit be disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement of 25th February, 2017 as the same has been acted upon. CS(OS) 2304/2007

In view of the stand taken by both sides, this suit is disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement of 25th February, 2017. In view of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, court fee deposited by plaintiff be refunded as per Rules.

The date of 21st September, 2017 before the Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
