% 24.08.2018 Present suit has been fled for permanent injunction restraining infringement of copyright, mandatory injunction, damages and for rendition of accounts.

Today, learned counsel for plaintiff states that the matter has been settled between the parties by way of an out of Court settlement. He further states that he has instructions to withdraw the present suit. Consequently, present suit and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to issue to an authorised representative of the plaintiff a certificate authorizing him/her to receive back from the Collector half the amount of the Court fee paid by it in the present suit in accordance with Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
